REIM Capital is a short term lender and development finance provider to UK property developers, entrepreneurs, and investors across the UK.
We offer a range of 1st charge bridging loans secured against UK real estate assets. Each of our products are tailor-made to best fit our clients’ needs, and we put a very strong focus on the speed of execution to allow our clients to seize opportunities in a timely manner.
Development Finance is an area we see strong potential for growth. We partner with developers across the UK by providing development funding via a senior and stretch senior funding model. Our Investment sizes range from £1m up to 10M. Investment decisions are subject to review of Development appraisals.

We aim to answer each fully executed application form within 48 hours and fund clients’ accounts within 3 weeks.

Together, we make sure you have access to the most suitable financing solutions to lead your real estate projects while building loyalty across every touchpoint.
As an experienced private banker, Kunal was able to gain some unique experiences which included; raising capital from UHNW and institutional investors, investment advisory, leading sales strategies, and international client relationship management.
Combining his private banking and property expertise, Kunal put himself in a great position to co-found Reim Capital – an innovative and relationship-focused non-bank lender with a keen focus on reliability, speed, and flexibility. His knowledge and passion for UK property and lending have allowed him to help grow Reim Capital’s lending portfolio since launch.
Having previously worked for a top London developer Amar is extremely familiar and knowledgeable in the real estate space, having spent several years learning the many disciplines of real estate development; planning, finance, construction, sales & acquisitions.
As a founding Director of the company, Amar is broadly responsible for formulating the company’s strategic growth plans and to oversee the growth of the Reim loan portfolio.
Outside of the office, Amar is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling.
Priyesh has more than 15 years of experience in multi-asset portfolio management, investment strategy, and risk management in the alternative credit area.
He has previously held positions at HM Treasury and PWC in a research and assurance capacity and within the hedge fund sector managing credit arbitrage strategies. He has considerable experience in structuring real estate investments for clients to achieve exposure to the asset class in an economic and tax-efficient manner.
Priyesh is responsible for idea generation, portfolio construction, rebalancing, and risk management in loan portfolios at Reim Capital.
Anuj originally commenced his career in Accountancy prior to joining RBS in 2008. He worked across a range of teams and sectors before specialising as a Real Estate Credit Risk Manager. Subsequently he joined ICICI Bank UK as their Real Estate Credit Risk specialist where he worked closely with Senior Management to help drive the growth of the Real Estate Loan Book. He was also involved in updating the Credit Risk Policy, Rating Framework and streamlining processes to enhance further growth. Thereafter he joined a development finance debt fund, prior to becoming a Tutor on the LSE Real Estate Economics and Finance Course, which he continues to tutor on. As underwriter, Anuj will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of transactions from a credit perspective.
Mike has been in the short term finance sector for over 15 years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in the property sector across residential, commercial and development, Mikes experience in everything short term finance enables him to match needs to available funding. As sales director Mike is responsible for origination and the first line of credit to approve transactions. Outside the office Mike is a keen cook and sport enthusiast
Sam originally began his career in the construction industry working in and around London, completing numerous refurbishment schemes before joining the Commercial Real Estate team at Pepper Group in 2016 where he managed loan accounts across multiple portfolios of both performing and non-performing loans.
In 2018 Sam joined Peer-to-peer Lender Relendex within their Borrowing team, assisting in the structuring of new Bridging and Development deals as well as managing loans post completion in order to provide borrowers with a positive lending experience.
Outside of the office, Sam is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.
Nadia began her career in the motor trade at HR Owen before moving to the private banking and wealth management sector. With more than 7 years of operations experience, Nadia has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training. She has a strong ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and foster professional relationships within organizations. Nadia’s philosophy centers around what role she can play in helping others find solutions.
