We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated with a Real Estate degree with an interest in property, commitment to learning, enthusiasm for bridging finance and a tenacious and analytical mindset. In return, Reim Capital will provide you with a unique opportunity to immediately specialise in Real Estate bridging finance with a competitive salary.


Main Responsibilities

  • Researching and analysing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries to enable decision making.

  • Production of clear and articulate marketing material such as teasers, presentations and teasers as required for transactions. This will include elements of research and information collation.

  • Designing, amending, and updating models (ranging in complexity) for transactions and other business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs for external and internal purposes as specified by the director including:

    • Deal modelling:

      • Creation of transaction models based on standard template models.

      • Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis.

      • Quality assessment of sell-side models.

    • Ad hoc modelling:

      • Assistance with creation of standard template models.

      • Building ad hoc DCF models (single asset or portfolio).

      • Involvement in review process – performing formula and analytical review on the integrity of internal models.

    • Supporting commercial negotiations:

      • Due Diligence including liaison with advisors and stakeholders.

      • Loan Management and post-completion.

      • Wider Geographical and Economic review which would impact the deal.

      • Sector evaluation.

    • The role will provide additional support to the wider business as directed by Management:

      • Attending and actively contributing to internal and external project meetings.

      • Assisting in the production of investor relations documents.

      • Collating data for and assisting in the preparation of board reports.

Portfolio Management

  • Adhoc reporting

Skills and Requirements

  • Good understanding of Real Estate Debt Modelling

  • Ability to explain Property issues to non-Property Individuals

  • Ability to work with Property Professionals

  • Strong IT skills

  • Real Estate Degree/Master’s Degree – Required

  • Real Estate Finance experience – Desirable


Job Requirements

  • Candidates will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, as well as being fluent in verbal and written English. Other key qualities include:

  • University degree, preferably within a numerically focused subject (i.e. economics, maths, finance or real estate)

  • Strong A-Level grades

  • A drive and genuine interest in real estate investment management

  • Displays of analytical and problem-solving skills
