2022 in Review

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we crossed the £100,000,000 threshold of total loans written in 2022.

It was touch and go whether we would reach the milestone going into the final week of last year but with two completions late in the week, our grand total of loans written in 2022 reached £101,381,819.

This represents year on year growth of 171%. That number is testament to our broker, partner and key business introducer network, who continue to put faith in REIM Capital for their bridging finance requirements.
