We are pleased to have completed a re-bridge for an international client, against their semi-detached investment property in Stanmore. The client had already submitted their term application with a bank many weeks ago, however the process has been moving much slower than expected. With the term finance completion date still some months away and the existing bridging loan maturing soon, a re-bridge was necessary to avoid any potential default interest and risk of repossession. Through a REIM Residential bridging loan, the client now has additional time to secure their long-term finance with their chosen bank.
