We are delighted to have completed a £715,000 REIM Commercial bridging loan against the purchase of a four-storey office building in Leicester. The office block was purchased vacant, but the client has already lined up a number of tenants with them expected to occupy the commercial space in the next couple weeks. Once the asset is income generating, the client will seek to exit our loan via commercial term finance.
