REIM Capital closes £195,000 Bridging Loan

Done deal! We are pleased to have completed a bridging loan for a client who needed to refinance their property and release equity to purchase a business. With there being a tight deadline to seize the business opportunity, we simultaneously instructed the valuation inspection and legal work. The client plans to exit the loan by sale within six months.
