REIM Capital Welcomes Kynan Benjamin as Director of Credit

REIM Capital is excited to welcome Kynan Benjamin as its new Director of Credit in February 2022.
With over 10 years of experience in the specialist short term funding space, Kynan has lent over £500m in his tenure supporting lenders including LendInvest, Shawbrook, Masthaven and Glenhawk.
In addition, Kynan has worked within underwriting, residential and commercial bridges, development loans and also regulated mortgages. His involvement in funding blossomed at Glenhawk, in which Kynan was responsible for the management of the team, credit policy and governance. Now, he is an asset to the REIM Capital team.
Kynan said: ”I’m thrilled to be joining REIM Capital at an exciting period of growth for the business. I’m focused on utilising the strong foundations that the team have made over the last couple of years. I will share my experience to add further efficiencies, hone our service and support a product set and appetite, which will make us an essential lender in every broker and property professional’s ‘tool belt’.”
Outside of the office, Kynan is an avid music lover, gig-goer and enjoys playing the guitar, bass and keys in bands.
